Shipping & Handling

  • We can ship to virtually any address in the U.S. excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Utah, Arkansas, and Indiana due to regulations. We do not ship internationally. However:
  • Due to the Cook County Liquid Nicotine tax, we will not be able to sell e-juice products to Chicago and Cook County residents. For local customers, we encourage you to come in store for e-juice purchases.  
  • We have partnered up with Lion Industries International, a world class provider of online/real-time identity verification and knowledge based authentication solutions to ensure all customers meet the legal smoking age of the state in which they reside. All orders are filtered through Lion Industries' Age age verification service. If we are unable to verify your age, we will contact you for further verification. If you are unable to be reached, or can't verify your age, your order will be canceled, and a refund issued if a payment was received.
  • Orders are processed between 10AM and 9PM on weekdays, and 12PM-9M on Saturdays. Orders are not processed on Sunday. All orders are to ship within 24 to 48 Hours of processing.
  • Shipping is provided by USPS. Free shipping is provided for orders above $75. For all orders under $75, shipping fees are based on weight and distance needed to be traveled.

  • Sorry but we are not accepting Mastercards at this time.

Late Shipments

We do not guarantee transit times and shipping fees are nonrefundable through us. 
However, the shipping methods listed below are guaranteed directly through the shipping carrier with certain exceptions. These exceptions are usually weather delays and failed delivery attempts. For more information, please contact the carrier directly. If you feel your shipment was late due to a service failure, a claim can be filed by contacting the shipping carrier:

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the email address registered to your account. This information can also be viewed when logged into your account in the "my account" page or by clicking here.

Please do not be alarmed if the delivery confirmation (USPS version of tracking) for your package has not updated in a few days. USPS delivery confirmation does not update until the package has reached a sort facility or your local post office. There are no updates in between. All delivery issues should be addressed with your local post office.
